It arrived broken in many pieces. The box contained no packing material (just a mug in a thin walled small box) and this box was packed loose in an unpadded envelope with no packing material. Not a surprise that the porcelain mug was broken. The only way it would not have been was if the envelope was handed to me and not shipped a thousand miles.
